FAQ
Language acquisition
How does it work?
From the very first class there is language immersion. You hear a new language and, thanks to the appropriate actions of the teacher, you understand what you hear. When you understand what you hear, your brain automatically decodes the new language and assimilates new structures and words. This is a similar process to how you acquired your mother tongue.
Am I just listening to the language?
No, absolutely not.
Language acquisition is not passive, interaction is a key element. From the very first classes, the teacher creates optimal conditions for interaction with the language.
At the beginning, you participate in class using simple words such as 'yes' or 'no' or short sentences. There is no pressure to speak in full sentences and to use language to a degree that you are not yet ready for. Over time you will understand more and more and speak more fluently, enabling richer interaction.
What about speaking?
Mówienie jest efektem rozumienia i przychodzi później. Nie możemy odwrócić tej kolejności. Im większa mentalna mapa języka, tym większe możliwości ekspresji i komunikacji w tym języku.
It is not a short process and there are no shortcuts, which is easily confirmed by examples where we are able to complete the table with the conjugation of a given verb because we have learned it by heart, but in conversation we are unable to use it.
Why "Organic Spanish"?
Organic Spanish refers to the method I use to teach Spanish. Language acquisition is natural or simply organic.
